We offer Free Shipping (on selected categories) and Express Shipping on EVERY order, we ship to all territories and countries around the world, including APO/FPO & PO BOX. It’s really that easy and simple. All products are shipped within 7 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site. The majority of orders ship within 3-5 business days. You will have the option to choose from Free Shipping USPS and Air Mail (Delivery time 7-15 Business Days, with Confirmation & Tracking #'s) or Express FedEx and UPS (Delivery time 5-10 Business Days, with Confirmation & Tracking #'s) as your shipment carrier. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking number(s) are sent through e-mail within 3-5 business days after we receive the payment.
Note that shipping time estimates do not include transit times and by the distance between your address and our order fulfillment centers, as we ship from various locations in United States.
Shipments that are not deliverable to the address provided by the customer are considered “Undeliverable” and returned to the sender. If a customer enters incorrect or incomplete address information and the order leaves our fulfillment center/ships out, the shipment is considered undeliverable and will be returned to Unique’s Shop shipping center. Undeliverable shipments can be delayed approximately 5-10 business days, but some delays can take 1-6 weeks. After Unique’s Shop receives back an Undeliverable shipment, we will contact the customer and re-ship the order as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for re-shipment costs, and we will contact customers via phone or email.
In other words, Unique’s Shop cannot prevent a customer from submitting the wrong address information during checkout. This policy is enforced on everyone who buys from Unique’s Shop and we request that YOU MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS DELIVERABLE.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
If a package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will work with the shipping carrier, and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no additional charge.
