Returns and Refunds

Customers at Unique’s Shop.com, can return items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. You may use our Return's page to request request an RMA number. Most items sold on Unique’s Shop.com follow our general returns policies, but some products may have different return period or requirements associated with them.
HASSLE FREE FULL REFUND'S
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send us an email for Free Replacements/Refunds/Prepaid Labels, we will gladly accept it back and issue a full refund. In some unexplained cases, like "No longer needed/wanted", "Accidental order" and buyers who receive and return orders which were not defective/damaged, are liable for all return shipping charges accrued plus a 25-35% restocking fee. Note: If a package doesn't arrive at our warehouse and you don't use a traceable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the Guaranteed Refund Program and customers are responsible for the return packages which are lost in transit.
Damaged and Defective
In case, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you may save the packing material and contact us within 3 business days from receiving the order. Send us an Email:- firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-877-877-7093 and include the following information, your first and last name, order number, and pictures of the damages/defective product. Once we receive the above information, we will start processing your claim request.
Items damaged via Use or Abuse
Customer assumes all responsibility for any item damages after they receive the product. Unique’s Shop is not obligated to accept any returns on items damaged by customers. We reserve the rights to DISCARD items damaged in transit, defective, or damaged by customers.
Please feel free to send an e-mail or call us, before attempting to fix, repair or modify any products. If the product is not in new, working order, UNIQUE’S SHOP may replace it for you. However, attempting to repair/fix products will void any possibility of returning, exchanging, or getting a refund for the product.
Incorrect/Wrong product shipped
If you receive a product which was not the same as you ordered, you may save the packing material and contact us within 3 business days from receiving the order. Send us an Email:- email@example.com or call us at 1-347-932-3288 and include the following information, your first and last name, order number, and pictures of the wrong product. Once we receive the above information, we will exchange it or issue a full refund.
When a product is returned and received at our warehouse, the refunds are issued and are based on the condition, use of the product.
Please allow 20 to 30 business days for your returns to be received and processed. Approval for a refund is at the discretion of Unique’s Shop.com. Some approvals may take an additional 1-5 business days before we start processing refunds. Refunds process during the holidays may take a little longer to complete. After the refund has been issued, it is considered submitted and may take a few days to show up in the account. The customer will receive an email notification status of REFUND after the refund is submitted to the original payment method use while placing orders. Please know that it may take additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card/bank statements.
Customers who refuse to accept shipments of their orders from Unique’s Shop.com are liable for all return shipping charges accrued plus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs for unsatisfied products without a valid Return Authorization (RA) #will not be reimbursed.
